What is meditation?


Meditation is an ancient cultural practice that keeps the mind fresh, basically it's the way of allowing yourself to observe your thoughts without judging them.

The way of keeping yourself calm with peaceful and productive mind.


Benefits of meditation. Why we should meditate. Researches show that meditation play roles like :


• Anxiety reduction 

• self control 

• better sleep

• enhance emotional heath

• improve focus 


Some Types of Meditation: 

 

🧠 Mindfulness Breathing Meditation:

In this type of meditation you focus on the sensation of your breathing the feeling of air going into your nostrils and comes out from your mouth. 


🎧 Guided Meditation: 

In this practice, when you exhale the air , count it. Basically, you have to count how many times you exhaled the air from your mouth. Whenever your mind wanders and you forget to count bring your focus back to the counting.


🌱 Loving kindness Meditation: 

In this meditation you can be lay down or sit. You will feel loving kindness for yourself and for others. so you need to take few deep breaths to bring your focus to the present moment. Allowing yourself to relax , you may recall times you have been lovely or kind. Try to join your deepest intention for peace and happiness. Gently say some words to yourself like, I am safe , I am calm, I am healthy and I am peaceful.


Tips to starts meditating : 


• Find a peaceful place:  sit or lie down .


• Get comfortable : sit relax . Relax your body and mind , rest your hands on your knees.


• Focus on your Breath: 


Close your eyes and focus on the sensation of the air moving in and out .


Be kind to your mind : when thoughts

wanders , bring your focus back to your breath.


• Begin with Small: Try 1-2 minutes everyday.


 Start Meditation because : 

It's is the type of self care it shows the self love that you give yourself.

It keeps your mind fresh and feels you calm and peaceful. It helps you to start your day with a productive mind. 

So, add meditation in your daily routine to get the love and kindness for yourself.
